Yannex commits to first ground-up scheme in Douala
The group's Cameroonian arm moves from land assembly into design, with delivery targeted for 2028.

Yannex is a real estate–led group of five companies. We advise on property, source what it takes to build, do the building, maintain it afterwards and write the software that runs the whole thing.
Who we are
Five companies. Two continents. One delivery chain, from the land purchase to the maintenance contract.
Most groups diversify away from their core. We diversified into ours.
Yannex began in 2021 as a Dubai brokerage. Every company added since exists because the core business needed it — a trading arm to source materials reliably, a contracting arm to deliver and maintain, a software arm because nothing on the market ran the operation properly.
That order matters. Nothing here was bolted on to look impressive on a letterhead. Each business earned its licence by solving a problem the group already had, which is why the parts still fit together when the work gets difficult.

Own the whole chain
The group sources, builds, sells and maintains. Each company covers a gap the others would otherwise depend on an outsider for — which is why quality holds at the seams.

Build where we are from
Dubai gave the group its standards. Cameroon is where those standards are being put to work. Both markets are home, and neither is a side project.

Show the numbers
Investors get the actual yield, the actual service charge and the actual void period. Optimistic arithmetic is a short-term strategy and we are not running one.

Build the tools we need
When the software to run the business properly did not exist, we wrote it. That instinct became an operating company in its own right.
